Bought a used car from *********************** on 12-5-23. Paid $4600.00 for the car. He Assured me it was a good car (as is no warranty) as I was buying this car for my son. To start with I had to buy new battery drove the car less than 25 miles engine light came on and had to replace a sensor on the car, was drove less than a 1000 miles and the motor blew up. My husband talked to ***** and he said he could not refund any money. I personally think he should refund some of the money.

On August **** 2021 I had David ** ***** to look at my vehicle due to an engine light on and VSA on he came back with a quote $600 deposits for parts the remain after work is done On August XX XXXX he tow my vehicle to his shop On August **** 2021 he tow it back to my house call my phone and say car is ready at your house please pay the remain which I did over the phone since he call twice abt payment before I even got to drive my car or see it. Once I get home i decided to drive the vehicle to the store not even 10 miles from home my vehicle started to misfire engine light in vsa on and smoke from the exhaust I turn around went back home call him he came the next date not even look at the vehicle he say oh is the head gasket and I will fixed for $1500 the vehicle scanned the exact code it scanned from date one. Now I realized he never change the parts from the beginning it took $1237 but did not do any work on the vehicle and now is worse.
