CJ’s Auto Repair
This took place on the 26th of July which cost me a total of ***** dollars. On said date I took my car to cjs repair shop for service. My key wouldn’t turn in my ignition. They replaced the ignition switch but when I picked my car up I see where now the check engine light displays on the dash which it didn’t before and there is a loud noise coming from under the hood and I can’t put the car in park and the key wont come out. I took the car back on the 28th and the owner says to me that they would see what’s causing all the irregular things going on with my car after their service he says to me they can fix it bit ill have to pay them.my problem is this the present state that the mechanics at cjs shop have left my car in was not in the least displaying these current malfunctions until my car was so called serviced at cjs repair shop. All I’m asking is that this situation be corrected, and the expense of the repair shop,because I paid them ***** and my car is not working at all right now. Please I want Justice. THANK You

I love this place! I took my 2009 Rav 4 in due to my engine, 4WD and traction lights coming on in the car. They had to replace the sensor. They got me in the day after I called. They communicate so well – and I love that it is by texting as I hate talking on the phone 🙂 The estimate comes to your email and you look it over, sign it and send it back – sweet! They had to order the part but it came in the next day and it was ready for pick up mid-day. When I picked it up, the front counter clerk reduced the total price due to it not taking as long as they had anticipated!!!! On top of that – I had asked if they could look at a plate under the car which had come loose. They fixed it and did not charge me anything for that repair. This place is run by a group of dependable, honest and hard working individuals and I highly recommend making them your “go-to” for all your auto maintenance/repair needs!
